Weekly 2 sessions package — online

These are a series of meditation sessions aligned with the new moon cycles. It is said that the new moon is a good time to reset our motivation and cultivate it daily during the waxing moon. These sessions offer contemplative guidance to help individuals access the immediacy of the mind at rest. These sitting sessions include simple perceptive instructions and the contemplation of Taoist and Buddhist texts.

In this class, Daria will provide simple guidance on opening to an awakened state of rest, drawing on simple sitting contemplative practices from the Taoist and Buddhist traditions.

When our mind/heart is resting, whatever occurs becomes part of the all-encompassing space within which all is subsumed. There is no need to accept or reject what arises within, nor is there any need to achieve anything by trying.

This cycle of 13 classes will focus on the transition from the element of Earth into Metal.

LOCATION: 115 Wooster St # 2F Soho NY - All classes are also online via Zoom. Tues and Thurs 10 am - 12 pm.

Sept: 16 and 18  

Oct: 2, 7,  9, 14, 16, 15, 21, 23, 28, and 30

Nov: 4, 6, 11, 13, 18, 20, 25, 26

Dec: 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, 18

Single class: $25

12 classes: Tier 1: $255 — Tier 2: $240 — Tier 3: $228

Payments are structured with options that reflect how income is distributed: 

• Tier 1 allocates a percentage to support students with financial difficulties

• Tier 2 shows your generosity to the teacher

• Tier 3 is the bare minimum to make the teaching happen
